In the U.S., all booth-related orders—such as carpeting, furniture, electrical, internet, labor, and cleaning—are placed through the official Exhibitor Service Manual provided by the show’s general contractor (e.g., Freeman or GES).

This manual includes online order forms, pricing, deadlines, and setup instructions. After registering for your booth, you’ll receive login access to the contractor’s ordering portal. For custom-built booths, your stand contractor (like Quattro Stand) can manage all orders and coordination on your behalf.

Material Handling (also known as drayage) refers to the movement of your booth materials from the unloading dock to your booth space within the trade show venue—and back again after the show.
