Kassbohrer / IAA Transportation 2024 – Hannover Exhibition Stand Builder for Heavy Mobility Brands

At IAA Transportation 2024 in Hannover, Kassbohrer partnered with Quattro to build a commanding 624 m² exhibition stand that reflected the brand’s engineering strength and innovative product line. As a leading exhibition stand builder in Hannover, we managed every phase of the project—design, manufacturing, logistics, and on-site assembly—with precision and consistency.

This massive booth served as both a technical showcase and a hospitality hub. With fully branded surfaces, wide product display zones, and elevated viewing areas, it was engineered for visibility, interaction, and immersive brand experience. The result was a bold presence that elevated Kassbohrer’s standing in the heavy transport and trailer sector.

Bespoke Booth Design for a 624 m² Exhibition Area

Our design team approached this project as an opportunity to merge aesthetics with scale. Kassbohrer’s brand story was translated into architectural elements—using clean lines, multi-level structures, and a facade that echoed the geometry of their trailer systems. Every design decision was shaped by spatial logic and audience flow.

At 624 m², the booth was divided into reception, product display, lounge, and technical demonstration areas. These zones were visually interconnected while maintaining functional separation, enabling Kassbohrer’s team to conduct meetings, demos, and media briefings simultaneously without disruption.

Full Manufacturing and On-Site Build Execution in Hannover

Quattro produced every part of the booth in-house—from modular aluminum frames and raised platforms to illuminated brand walls and custom-made counters. Materials were selected for strength, reusability, and compliance with Deutsche Messe standards.

On-site execution was managed by our certified build crew, who delivered and assembled the entire structure in less than 72 hours. With zero subcontractors involved, we ensured strict quality control, streamlined coordination, and a safe, efficient build-up process.

Large-Scale Mobility Booth for IAA Hannover

A booth of this magnitude requires not just size but spatial strategy. Kassbohrer’s stand featured an open floor plan with high ceilings, oversized product displays, and clear sightlines from every approach. These features were key to attracting foot traffic and sustaining interest throughout the event.

IAA Hannover is the premier stage for heavy mobility solutions, and Kassbohrer’s booth—designed and built by Quattro—stood as one of the largest and most technically advanced structures at the show. It became a destination for decision-makers across Europe’s transport ecosystem.

Multi-Zone Visitor Engagement & Product Display Areas

The booth layout was crafted to engage different audience types: technical buyers, press, and fleet operators. From interactive demo stations to immersive media walls, every section served a distinct purpose. Visitors could experience products hands-on, hold meetings, or relax in hospitality zones.

Our team integrated smart zoning through lighting, material transitions, and floor graphics, guiding visitors intuitively while preserving brand cohesion. This experience-focused strategy helped Kassbohrer generate high-quality interactions and lasting impressions.

Integrated Lighting, Digital Media, and Structural Branding

Lighting design was key to the booth’s atmosphere and navigation. Suspended lightboxes, wall-mounted LEDs, and programmable spotlights were coordinated to highlight key messaging and product features throughout the space.

Digital elements such as curved LED screens, real-time product videos, and QR-code touchpoints turned the stand into an interactive brand environment. Structural branding elements like 3D logos and custom-built archways reinforced Kassbohrer’s market identity while supporting long-range visibility.
