COLORADO Trade Show Booth Design & Turnkey Installation – PLMA 2025 Amsterdam

Delivered as a fully turnkey trade show booth project at PLMA 2025 in Amsterdam, the COLORADO exhibition stand was developed to present the brand’s food product portfolio within a clear and commercially driven spatial framework. All project phases — including exhibition stand design, stand fabrication, logistics coordination and on-site booth installation — were executed by Quattro Stand under an integrated European project delivery model.

The architectural concept combined product-focused merchandising strategy with warm timber textures and an open-front layout, creating a welcoming yet highly structured brand environment on the exhibition floor. The portal-style timber frame generated a strong volumetric presence within the hall, while transparent façade lines enabled visitors to enter the booth naturally from surrounding circulation routes. Structured shelving systems, graphic communication surfaces and functional meeting zones contributed to a professional exhibition setting that strengthened product visibility and supported focused B2B interaction.

Developed for one of Europe’s most influential retail trade platforms, the exhibition stand design prioritised visual accessibility, brand legibility and efficient visitor orientation. The elevated portal geometry and product-driven layout allowed the booth to be perceived from multiple approach angles, enhancing stand recognition across the PLMA exhibition environment.

The open-plan configuration encouraged uninterrupted visitor flow throughout the stand, while strategically positioned consultation tables and sampling points created a balanced spatial rhythm between display and dialogue. During the production phase, our custom exhibition stand fabrication approach incorporated modular timber structural systems and precision joinery techniques to deliver a durable yet refined exhibition environment. Product display walls, integrated graphic applications and robust flooring solutions were engineered to perform reliably under the high visitor density conditions typical of large-scale retail trade shows.

Through disciplined logistics planning, all stand components were delivered to the venue in full installation readiness, enabling a controlled and efficient build-up sequence. Final graphic positioning, lighting calibration and surface detailing were completed according to the project schedule, ensuring that the booth reached full operational status ahead of the show opening.
